Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your purchase and attendance at The Longest Day Festival (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchase:

• Tickets for the Event can be purchased online at https://longestdayfestival.co.uk/
• The ticket price will be available during purchasing.
• All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available.
• Each attendee must present a valid ticket QR code for entry to the Event. This can be either in digital format (e.g., on a smartphone) or printed.

Wristbands:

• Wristbands will be issued to attendees, you will not be able to gain entry to the designated areas without one.
• Broken or lost wristbands will not be relaced.

Entry Requirements:

• Attendees must be aged 18 or over to enter the Event. Valid photo ID may be required upon entry.
• Younger attendees 14 – 18 must be accompanied with an adult.

Code of Conduct:

• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times during the Event.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the Event organizers may result in removal of wristbands without refund.
• You are not permitted to bring alcohol into any of the venues, all venues supply their own selection of beverages. 
• All venues operate their own security policies, please adhere to them to enjoy a fun and safe festival. 

Liability:

• The Event organizers accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees during the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Photography and Filming:

• By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. The Event organizers reserve the right to use such material without further notification or compensation.

Changes to Event Details:

• The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the date, locations, lineup, or any other aspect of the Event. In the event of such changes, reasonable efforts will be made to inform ticket holders in advance.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending The Longest Day Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
