Threat Detector is a Leeds electropunk artist whose lyrical themes explore
societal pressures, absolute burnout and the impermanence of the self.
Pouring biblical reference and emotional catharsis between synths and
violins, ‘Dirty Meat’ (late 2025) explores the contradictions between identity
and faith. On hands and knees, Threat Detector devours his sacred heart to
be regurgitated, reconstructed and reclaimed as something new.
